New to the Lazy Day range this year, our Mini Vic The Vegan Caterpillar Cakes have taken the vegan and gluten-free world by storm!
Caterpillar cakes are a true British favourite for birthday parties, but there was a seriously limited choice for us vegan and free-from eaters.
On a mission to create a caterpillar cake that everyone could enjoy – no matter their dietary needs – we've created Mini Vic, a happy chappy made up of indulgent chocolate sponge cake, chocolate frosting, a Belgian dark chocolate casing and a milk-free white chocolate face. We've finished them off with multicoloured sugar confetti for an added dose of fun.
What makes this gluten-free cake even better is its adorable (and very convenient) snack size. It makes them perfect for laying out alongside a bigger cake or creating a birthday cake platter.
